Creative GLEAM Showcase 2008

An exhibition which showcased the work of twenty creative start-up businesses was held at 51 Lime Street, Ouseburn (donated by Ouseburn Trust).  The group (graduates of the Creative GLEAM programme) had their enterprising spirit put to the test in transforming a blank warehouse space into a maze exhibition, allowing them to demonstrate their business ideas in an interactive and unique way.

The Adventures Of... was an eclectic mix of art, design, dance, music and live performance in a variety of mediums.  The exhibition was visually spectacular and allowed visitors to meet the faces behind the business ideas.  Prospective clients, prospective suppliers, people thinking of starting their own business, supporters of enterprise, advocates of creativity and fans of Ouseburn came and joined in - it was a great opportunity to do some networking, have a drink and maybe think of starting your own adventure .....
